to Order
We accept checks and purchase orders from D&B-rated companies and wire transfers. We are no longer able to accept credit cards. Cellular2002 and Wireless Data Communication 2001 each cost $2,895 for the first copy and $500 for each additional copy shipped to the same address. The prices for Bluetooth2002 are $1,995 for the first copy and $500 for the second copy. You may mix book and CD-ROM versions. All prices are in U.S. dollars and include shipping (Express Mail or FedEx for orders shipped from our U.S. office). Orders received before 3 p.m. Mountain Standard Time are delivered the next morning at most locations the USA and in two to four days in most of the rest of the world depending on how speedily the order clears your country's customs. European customers should contact the Düsseldorf office European shipping options. For each copy, please specify if you wish a hard copy or CD-ROM. Book-format and CD-ROMs may be selected in any combination in multi-copy orders. Orders may be telephoned, faxed, or mailed to the following locations, or send us an E-mail with your contact information, and we will telephone you to tie up any loose ends. CD-ROMs are for use on a single computer and may not be accessed over a network. It is also illegal to make copies or printouts of the CD-ROM files for multiple users. However, site licenses for network access are available at three times the single-copy price. A site license permits you to make the study available to anyone in your organization.
